Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, no appointment needed. We are open 7 days a week.

What types of payment you accept in store?
We accept: cash, debit/credit card(Visa/Mastercard/Amex), Zelle and our finance partner Acima.

Do you sell commercial appliances?
Sorry we don’t. Home appliances only.

I’m a property manager/real estate agent/builder, can I buy home appliance for my property?
Yes of course! Please visit our store, we have new inventory come in every week. All cheaper than big retailer.

I’m elder and unable to go to your store, can I make a purchase online?
Please contact our sales by calling us and we will arrange payment method for you.

Do you sell repair parts for washer/refrigerator?
No. We are a home appliances store. We don’t sell repair parts of anykind. Please visit other places to purchase repair parts.

Do you repair home appliances?
We do not but we can refer you to one of our appliance repair partners.

Do you buy used appliances?
No, we don’t. However, we can remove your old appliances for a small fee when you purchase appliances for us.

How does the warranty work?
Our appliances come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty. We offer an extended warranty program for an additional 2-4 years which we highly recommend to all customers. CPS Warranty will provide warranty service 30 days post product purchase covering 100% parts and labor for your purchase and will be subject to a $99 deductible for each service call. Please contact CPS if you need to initiate a claim and schedule a service appointment: 800-905-0443.
*We will repair it for free if we’ve determined the fault is on us. This rarely happen as we tested all unit before we put them in our storefront.
